Yes. You can sign up in‑store by scanning a QR code displayed in our restaurants, then add your Rewards Pass to your phone wallet.
No – Five Guys Rewards is completely free to join.
Yes. An email address and valid French phone number is required to create and access your Rewards account and receive rewards.
Create an account on the sign-up page here to get started. Once registered, add your Rewards Pass to your phone wallet on Apple or Android so you can easily earn and redeem rewards in any Five Guys in France. No app needed.
Most Rewards expire 30 days from the date they are earned, unless stated otherwise in your voucher terms email.
No. Each customer can only have one Rewards account linked to a unique email address and mobile number. Your mobile number must be registered in France.
You can view your rewards in your Google Wallet (Android only, this feature is not currently supported by Apple), in your Rewards account on the Five Guys website or app, or by scanning your Rewards Pass at the till or digital order point in selected stores.
Members receive a reward on every qualifying visit when they scan their Rewards Pass and spend a minimum of 6.95 €. Your reward will be credited to your account immediately and activated for use the next day from 5am CEST.
A qualifying visit is an order of 6.95 € or more placed in‑store via the till, digital order point or drive‑thru. You need a qualifying visit to receive a Member Reward.
Rewards can only be earned on orders placed via our tills, in-store digital order point and drive thru. Unfortunately, rewards cannot currently be earned on delivery orders or click & collect orders at this time.
If you cancel your order before payment, your reward will remain in your account. If you’ve already paid and requested a refund, the reward will be removed. Our team can help via the Five Guys France Support Hub if you have any questions.
Yes! As a member of Five Guys Rewards, you’ll receive a special birthday treat to celebrate with us.
You’ll receive your Birthday Reward on the Monday before your birthday. If you signed up close to your birth date, you may receive this after. You may not amend your birthdate after creating your Rewards account. Please get in touch with us if you encounter any issues.
Once a reward expires, it can no longer be redeemed. Some expired rewards may be eligible for a one‑time extension, depending on the offer.
Make sure your date of birth is added to your Rewards account. You cannot edit or change your birthdate once the account is created. If eligible, your Birthday Reward will be sent automatically closer to your birth date. You may receive it after your birthday if you signed up to Rewards closer to the date.
Yes, it is available at all Five Guys locations in France when ordering in-store via the digital order point, tills and drive-thru. You cannot claim or redeem Five Guys Rewards in any other country.

No. Rewards are linked to your individual account and can only be redeemed by the registered member.
No, your rewards are linked to your account, not the Rewards wallet pass itself. As long as you log back in with the same account, your rewards will still be there.
Yes. If you have multiple rewards, you can choose which one to use at the digital order point or with a crew member at the till. Or stack them up and use them all together. Rewards redemption conditions must be met.
Yes. All rewards have an expiry date, which can be viewed in your wallet or Rewards account.
Yes. You must be at least 16 years old to join Five Guys Rewards.
Yes. As long as you log in using the same account, you can re‑add your Rewards Pass to your new device.

If you forgot to scan your Rewards Pass during a qualifying visit, the reward won’t be added automatically. You’ll receive a code at the bottom of your receipt, which is valid for 72 hours after your visit. After this time, you won’t be able to claim the reward. You can log in to your Five Guys Rewards account and add the code to your wallet using the ‘missed reward’ section.
If the voucher was added to your Five Guys Rewards account, it will appear as a balance in your account and can be used alongside your existing rewards in the same order. If the voucher was sent as a standalone complimentary voucher (for example, via email and not added to a valid Five Guys Rewards account or is a physical card), it can’t be used with Five Guys Rewards. Only one voucher or offer can be used per order. You’ll find full details in the terms & conditions included with your voucher.
If the order remaining balance after using your complimentary voucher code is less than 6.95 £, then you do not qualify for a Member Reward. A Member Reward requires a payment in cash of 6.95 € or more.

No, only one Rewards member can be scanned per order. If you are visiting with another Five Guys Rewards member, they will need to place a separate order.
To redeem a Reward, simply present your Rewards Pass at the till when placing your order in-store, or scan at the digital order point.
We serve Corona, Goose Island, and Budweiser at selected locations in France.
We are working to bring Five Guys burgers & fries to everyone.
Our burgers and hot dogs use Halal certified British beef that is prepared as required to become Halal certified, whilst maintaining humane and ethical standards without compromising on animal welfare according to UK and EU legislation.
We do not offer alcohol in these stores.
The taste does not change. We follow all the same standards to create our delicious burgers and hot dogs.
In the United States and Canada, the beef we serve is not kosher, halal or organic. It is also not free range.
We are unable to claim that we are GMO-free at this time, though we plan to explore these options in the future. Although our beef is always 80% lean beef with no additives or fillers, there is some slight variation by country. Please visit our country websites for details on beef outside of North America.
